This project was interesting because it was so open-ended with out a real direction. i did not know how I was suppose create my track to evoke feeling. I thought that the easiest feeling to evoke was going to be fear or spookiness. I tried to accomplish this by having steps seem like they are coming towards you and then banging on doors. This paired with sharp and shrill noises as well as unnerving periods of silence created a feeling of uneasiness, or at least I hoped that it did. i tried to use changing volumes of the same sounds to make some of them more intense. I also repeated sounds over and over while slowly adding effects to try to give the piece a chronological order that when broke, left the listener confused and a little bit lost. i want entirely sure how I wanted the final product to be, but in my opinion the piece had a certain spooky quality that kind of matched what I was hoping for.
