The Natural world is the purest form of art that exists on this planet and has the power to evoke inspiration for anyone lucky enough to observe it. As an artist, I aim to work symbiotically with this natural beauty and inspiration to allow the viewer to maintain the purity of nature while drawing emotions from the experiences I portray. I hope that by using digital mediums to accent my personal experiences in the realm of the natural world, I can exemplify the emotions that I feel when connecting to the planet. Whether it be forests, mountains, snow, rivers, seas, oceans, clouds, stars or anything else, there is an immense amount of beauty that is impossible to fully comprehend. I want my art to draw on this and to aid the viewer to create a better understanding of the true beauty in front of them. Nature is both infinitely simple while being impossibly complex which is what I think draws me to it so much. I want viewers of my art to be able to understand and celebrate my view of the natural world and gain the inspiration to create their own personal experiences with it. Not everyone can venture out into nature at any point and I want my art to be a way that people can escape even if they a million miles from a mountain or tree. I hope that by adding my own personal flare to scenes of the natural world, that others can gain the same motivation that I have from what I have been lucky enough to experience. I traditionally use the mediums of photography and videography for my art and I am excited to learn how to elevate these mediums to the next level. I have always been enthralled by the sport of skiing which I consider to be an art form in itself. I love the freedom that it allows and the beauty that I get to observe while doing it. I want my portrayal of how I experience the natural world to guide others to having a better relationship with it and want to have as much fun as I have. I usually have made my artwork from various forms of video editing which I think is the best way to fully encapsulate the experiences that I have had. I think that videos have the greatest ability to inspire others immediately. I also really like how videos can be paired with audio to make more encompassing experience when viewing.  I look forward to growing by skills and learning photoshop to help me personalize my own images rather than just videos. I hope to both inspire others with my art as well as use it in a professional setting to work for a company in the outdoor industry.
